NATIXIS TRADEX SOLUTIONS, a subsidiary of Natixis Investment Managers, wishes to alert the public to the unauthorized use of its identity by a company presenting itself on its websites as Dominion TradeX, the trade name of Dominion Capital Advisory LLC: https://dominiontradex.fr/ and https://domtradex.ca/. This company claims to be a U.S.-based financial investment advisor offering its services in France through its subsidiary NATIXIS TRADEX SOLUTIONS, while unlawfully using the French company registration number (Kbis) 479 989 238.
NATIXIS TRADEX SOLUTIONS has no connection whatsoever with this company, does not offer or recommend any savings solutions to clients, and does not have any retail clients.
NATIXIS TRADEX SOLUTIONS urges the public to exercise the utmost caution and not to subscribe to any savings, investment, or placement products offered through this company.
Furthermore, the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and professional asset and wealth management associations recommend that investors do not respond to solicitations from individuals whose identity has not been clearly verified without first carrying out thorough checks to confirm their legitimacy:
- Contact directly the company that the individual claims to represent, using contact details (telephone number, email address, and postal address) obtained independently, in order to verify that the communication genuinely originates from that company.
