What is the typical implementation and client onboarding process?

The onboarding process aims to integrate the solution within the client’s environment while minimising disruption and allowing for a seamless transition. 3 key phases are distinguished with the objective of ensuring efficient implementation, operational stability and flexibility of service over time. Step 1 aims to determine the scope of the partnership and ensure that all administrative and legal considerations are factored in. Step 2 encompasses ‘test’ and ‘go live’ phases in addition to the full deployment of the execution services provided. Step 3 is ongoing and encompasses client servicing requirements at service initiation but also over the course of the partnership that we have established. The approximate timeline for onboarding can range from 3 to 9 weeks. This is simply indicative and can vary depending on the level of complexity and the scope of the partnership envisaged.
